Halo Water Proofing has been the trusted call for Interior Drainage System across Mount Freedom because we answer the phone, show up when we say, and stand behind the work.
Background-checked Mount Freedom technicians · Written pricing
We built Halo Water Proofing around a simple promise: show up when we say, tell you the truth about what's wrong, and fix it so it stays fixed.
Every Mount Freedom technician we send is background-checked and trained on the exact equipment we install — not a subcontractor picked up for the day.
We've worked on foundations from decades-old Mount Freedom homes to brand-new builds still settling into their soil, so whatever your basement is dealing with, we've likely seen a version of it nearby.
One phone call gets you a straight answer and a real appointment — not a vague callback promise.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Water problems build slowly before they become emergencies. These are the clues our Mount Freedom crews hear about most.
Odor is often the very first clue Mount Freedom homeowners notice, well before any water is visible.
Small cracks in a Mount Freedom foundation rarely stay small — seasonal ground movement tends to widen them over time.
Efflorescence is a reliable early sign that water is moving through your Mount Freedom foundation wall right now.
A pump under constant strain tends to fail during the exact storm that needs it most.
A wall that's starting to bow is a structural issue on top of a water issue — this jumps to the front of our Mount Freedom schedule.
These upstairs clues usually show up months after the basement moisture problem actually started.
Whatever's going on with your Mount Freedom property, chances are we've already fixed something similar nearby this month.
When water shows up fast, we move fast — extraction, drying equipment, and a plan to stop it from happening again.

No jargon, no pressure — just a clear look at what's actually going on.
The number you approve is the number you're billed — no change orders once the crew shows up.
Once the job's done, you get written proof of what was installed and exactly what the warranty covers.
We've heard every Mount Freedom horror story about contractors who disappear mid-job or pad the invoice. Here's how we do it differently.
You get a real number before any work starts — what you approve is what you're billed.
A local dispatch model means the technician who answers your questions is the same one who shows up.
Warranty terms are explained in plain language before you sign, with no fine-print surprises later.
We'd rather earn a repeat Mount Freedom customer with an honest fix than push a system you don't need.
